Final Notice

Background: Final Notice was a record label based in Bend, Oregon. It was formed by the horror-punk band Wisdom Tree in 1996 after difficulty in securing a long-term record deal. It was eventually involved in a joint acquisition by Northwest Holdings and Interscope Records in 1998, the latter of which distributed Final Notice's releases. The label ended in 2008 due to an inability to secure further record deals.
(1999-2004)

Logo: On a black background, we see an outline of a rectangle fade in. A line drops down from the center and forms a shape of what looks to be a pulse on a heart monitor. The words "FINAL" and "NOTICE" appear on opposite sides of the line. A shine appears on the top right corner.

FX/SFX: The line and logo forming.

Music/Sounds: A synth theme.

Availability: Appeared on concert videos and other music-related content. These were centered on content by Wisdom Tree and Windows, the only bands signed by the label.
