Welker-Davin-Stoner Television Systems

Background: To ensure that his network would serve 100% of the US, Patrick Davin retooled his DTVN network in 1982 and recruited Frank Welker and Sherri Stoner to run the new network, named Welker-Davin-Stoner Television Systems.

Logo: Just a black background with the words:

WELKER

DAVINE
STONER
TELEVISION SYSTEMS

stacked on top of each other.

FX/SFX: None.

Cheesy Factor: Cheese Me! The logo is SO plain, some think it was a placeholder for the next logo.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Extremely rare. It was used in tandem with the final DTVN logo from the network's 1982 establishment until halfway through the summer 1984 season, where by the end of that season it was hastily replaced by the next logo.

Scare Factor: Low. But it would somewhat change with the second logo...
